In order to guarantee refund, the returned products must be in perfect condition, without any obvious signs of use. Used or damaged goods will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure that the product reaches us in perfect condition. If possible, it's best to use the original box your order was packed in on arrival.
