If you change your mind, within 1 calendar month of your purchase we will be happy to give you a full refund, credited to the card used in the original sales transaction.

• You have 1 calendar month after the date of delivery to return any CJ·314 item purchased from our website. Just contact the shop directly via our contact page or by sending us a message to hello@cj314.com. Unless you want to, you do not have to provide the reason for return.
• In order to guarantee refund, the returned products must be in perfect condition, without any obvious signs of use. Used or damaged goods will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure that the product reaches us in perfect condition. If possible, it's best to use the original box your order was packed in on arrival.
• If You received faulty item or something unfortunate happened soon after start using it, please contact us via email. We will be more than happy to assist you.
• We accept returns, but do not cover the cost of return label - that is customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

All our parcels are trackable and a tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched. We aim to dispatch the orders within 1-3 business days after purchase.

If your parcel gets lost, CJ·314 takes responsibility to issue a full refund or replace the item at no extra cost to you.
